  • APPLICATION TO LAOIS COUNTY COUNCIL FOR A WASTE FACILITY PERMIT Notice is hereby given in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 (as amended) that David Walsh-Kemmis of Ballykilcavan, Stradbally Co. Laois intends to apply for a Waste Management Facility Permit at Knockphilip, Ballykilcavan, Stradbally Co. Laois to store and use organic sludge fertiliser as a soil improver and fertiliser for agricultural activity. The application for a waste facility permit will be made to Laois County Council within 10 working days of the date of this notice. The Class(es) of Activity at the site, as specified in the Fourth Schedule of the Waste Management Act, 1996 (as amended), are R13 and R10 (principle activity). The Class of Activity at the site, as specified in Part 1 of the third Schedule of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 (as amended) is Class 10 (principle activity). A copy of the application for the waste permit will as soon as is practicable after receipt by the Local Authority, be available for inspection or purchase at the principal office at Laois County Council's Environmental Directorate, Portlaoise, County Laois.

  • APPLICATION TO FINGAL COUNTY COUNCIL FOR A REVIEW OF WASTE FACILITY PERMIT Notice is hereby given in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 that Industrial, Agri & Engineering Salvage Ltd. of Wimbletown, Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin intends to apply for a review of it's Waste Management Facility Permit at Wimbletown, Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin to dismantle and recover scrap metal, including End-of-Life Vehicles and other metal waste and inorganic material. The application for a review of it's waste facility permit will be made to Fingal County Council within 10 working days of the date of this notice. The Classes of Activity at the site, as specified in the Fourth Schedule of the Waste Management Act, 1996, are as follows; Activity R4: Recycling/reclamation of metals and metal compounds (Principal Activity) Activity R5:Recycling/ reclamation of other inorganic materials, which includes soil cleaning resulting in recovery of the soil and recycling of inorganic construction materials Activity R13: Storage of waste pending any of the operations numbered R1 to R12 (excluding temporary storage (being preliminary storage according to the definition of `collection' in section 5(1)), pending collection, on the site where the waste is produced) A copy of the application for a review of the waste permit will as soon as is practicable after receipt by Fingal County Council, be available for inspection or purchase at the principal office at Environment Department, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin.

  • Public Notice MCD Productions will be applying to Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council within the next two weeks for a licence to hold events in accordance with part XVI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended). The location at which the events are to be held is the lands of Marlay Park, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. The events will be a maximum of five concerts consisting of music performance. The intended dates for the events are 3rd July and 4th July 2015, with an anticipated maximum audience of 36,000 people each day; and 17th July, 18th July and 19th July 2015 with an anticipated maximum audience of 21,000 people each day. The application for the licence may be inspected at the offices of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council during office hours for a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of the application by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council. Any submissions or observations may be made to the local authority within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of the application by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.
