  • PUBLIC NOTICE APPLICATION FOR A FORESHORE LICENCE Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19 of the Foreshore Act 1933, that America Europe Connect Ltd., 26 Fitzwilliam St. Upper, Dublin 2, have applied to the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government for a licence under Section 3 of the said Act for the installation of a fibre optic cable at Ross Beach, Killala Bay, Co. Mayo. A copy of the application, and the relevant maps, plans, and drawings, are available for inspection for the next 21 working days, free of charge, at Ballina Garda Station, Ballina, Co. Mayo. The documentation is available for viewing on the Department's website at: http://www.environ.ie/en/ Foreshore/Applicationsand Determinations/America EuropeConnectLtd/ Any person who wishes to make an objection to, or a representation in respect of the grant of the licence sought should do so in writing, giving reasons, within 21 working days of publication of this Notice (quoting ref: FS 6492), to the Foreshore Unit, Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, Newtown Road, Wexford, Co. Wexford or foreshore@ environ.ie The closing date for submissions is close of business on 22nd April 2015. All objections and representations received will be forwarded to the applicant for comment prior to any decision being made in the matter.   • APPLICATION TO OFFALY COUNTY COUNCIL AS THE NATIONAL WASTE COLLECTION PERMIT OFFICE (NWCPO) FOR A WASTE COLLECTION PERMIT RELATING TO A WASTE COLLECTION ACTIVITY OR WASTE COLLECTION ACVTIVITIES IN The Midlands and Dublin Regions. McBurney Transport, 205 Moorfields Road, Ballymena Co. Antrim BT42 3EG will be making an application to the NWCPO, within ten working days from the date of this notice, for a waste collection permit to collect construction and demolition waste in the Westmeath County Council area and in the South Dublin County Council area. A copy of the application will, as soon as is practicable after receipt by the NWCPO be available for inspection and for purchase at the principal offices of the local authority area or areas listed above.

  • Public Notice Event Licence Application War Management Ltd. hereby gives notice of intent to apply to Dublin City Council within the forthcoming two week period for a Licence to hold a series of 4 music events in accordance with Part XVI of the Planning and Development Act, 2000. The events will comprise of live music entertainment, to be held at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on the May 29th, 30th, 31st & June 1st 2015 with a capacity per show in the order of 10000 people. The licence application may be inspected at the offices of Dublin City Council during office hours for a period of 5 weeks from the date of receipt of the application by them.
