  • Carton Bros. Defined Benefit Scheme ("the Scheme") The Trustee of the above Scheme, Independent Trustee Limited, hereby gives notice to members that the above Scheme is being wound up. Any person who considers that they may have a claim to a benefit and who has not already received a letter on behalf of the Trustee should send full details of the claim in writing, with any supporting documentation available, care of the Trustee at the address below no later than the 12th September. As soon as possible after this date the Trustee will arrange for the distribution of assets under the Scheme, following which no further claims can be accepted. A copy of the application will, as soon as is practicable after receipt by the NWCPO, be available for inspection or purchase at the principal offices of the Local Authority area or areas listed above.
