  • APPLICATION TO MEATH COUNTY COUNCIL FOR A WASTE FACILITY PERMIT REVIEW . Notice is hereby given in accordance with Articles 30-34 of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations S.I. no.821 of 2007 as amended by the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations S.I. no. 86 of 2008, that OMD WASTE RECYCLING LTD. of Ballinaskea,Rathcore, Enfield, Co. Meath intends to apply for a Review of the Waste Facility Permit ( WFP) at Ballinaskea, Rathcore, Enfield, Co. Meath to accepting and sorting out of skips containing construction & demolition waste, recovery of rubble to be used on site to provide a base for hard standing areas and disposal of all other waste to appropriate licensed facilities for recovery. The application for a Waste facility permit review has been made to Meath County Council within 10 working days of the date of this notice. The class(es) of Activity at the site, as specified in the Third or Fourth Schedule of the Waste Management Act, 1996 to 2008, are as follows: Classes 7 & 10 A copy of the application for the waste facility permit review will be available for inspection or purchase, as soon as is practicable after receipt by the Meath County Council, at the principal office at County Hall, Railway street, Navan, Co. Meath. Any member of the public may, within 25 working days of the date of this published notice, make a written submission to Meath County Council in relation to this Waste Facility Review.

  • APPLICATION TO OFFALY COUNTY COUNCIL AS THE NATIONAL WASTE COLLECTION PERMIT OFFICE (NWCPO) FOR A WASTE COLLECTION PERMIT RELATING TO A WASTE COLLECTION ACTIVITY OR WASTE COLLECTION ACTIVITIES IN SOUTH-EAST REGION Jason Meagher of Graigue Lower, Cuffesgrange, Co. Kilkenny will be making an application to the NWCPO, within ten working days from the date of this notice, for a waste collection permit to collect: non-hazardous, commercial, household, construction and demolition waste in Kilkenny, Carlow, South Tipperary, Wexford, Waterford County Councils and Waterford City. A copy of the application will, as soon as is practicable after receipt by the NWCPO be available for inspection and for purchase at the principal offices of the local authority area or areas listed above.

  • APPLICATION TO SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL FOR A WASTE FACILITY PERMIT Notice is hereby given in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 that Martin-Brower Ireland Limited of Kilcarbery Business Park, Nangor Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 intends to apply for a Waste Management Facility Permit at Kilcarbery Business Park, Nangor Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 to collect, store and consolidate waste for onward recovery and recycling, specifically cardboard, aluminium, food waste, used cooking oil and grease trough waste. The application for a waste facility permit will be made to South Dublin County Council within 10 working days of the date of this notice. The Class(es) of Activity at the site, as specified in the Part I of the Third Schedule of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007, is/are as follows; Class 10 under Part I of the Third Schedule. Whereby the principal activity is the collection, storage, consolidation and onward recycling and recovery of cardboard. A copy of the application for the waste permit will as soon as is practicable after receipt by the Local Authority, be available for inspection or purchase at the principal office at South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

  • Regarding the previous notice of the 21st August 2014 for an application to Offaly County Council as the National Waste Collection Permit Office (NWCPO) for a waste collection permit. The application is being made by Labroc Ltd, Boolies Little, Duleek, Co Meath to collect in Dublin City Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, South Dublin, Meath, Cavan, Louth and Monaghan County Councils.
