A COPYRIGHT OF THE APPLICATION WILL, AS SOON AS IS PRACTICABLE AFTER RECEIPT BY THE NWCPO BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AND FOR PURCHASE AT THE PRINCIPAL OFFICES OF THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AREA OR AREAS LISTED ABOVE.

  • Discharge of Effluent to waters - Sun Chemical Inks Ltd intend to apply to South Dublin County Council for a Licence to discharge sewage effluent to waters from it's Waste Water Treatment Plant (Planning Permission reference SD13A/0111) at Mill Lane, Palmerstown, Dublin 20. The effluent consists of treated foul sewage only. The effluent is discharged from the existing residential and business units (excluding Sun Chemical Inks Ltd) at the lower end of Mill Lane, Palmerstown. The treated effluent will be discharged via a tertiary treatment filtration bed to the River Liffey.
