  • APPLICATION TO OFFALY COUNTY COUNCIL AS THE NATIONAL WASTE COLLECTION PERMIT OFFICE (NWCPO) FOR A WASTE COLLECTION PERMIT RELATING TO A WASTE COLLECTION ACTIVITY OR WASTE COLLECTION ACTIVITIES IN ALL REGIONS. David Larkin Transport Ltd, 3 Lui na Greine, Claremorris, Co Mayo will be making an application to the NWCPO, within ten working days from the date of this notice, for a waste collection permit to collect, Non Hazardous Commercial and Industrial Waste and Construction and Demolition Waste in, All Local Authority Areas and All City and County Council Areas. A copy of the application will, as soon as is practicable after receipt by the NWCPO be available for inspection and for purchase at the principal office of the local authority area or areas listed above.

  • Boxmore Plastic Employee Benefits Plan for Salaried Staff The Trustee of the Boxmore Plastics Employee Benefits Plan for Salaried Staff (the "Scheme") has decided that the Scheme shall be wound up. The Scheme is a defined benefit pension scheme and was formerly known as The Star Plastics Company Limited Plan. Any person who has a claim or interest in the Scheme, and who has not already been notified of this entitlement, should send particulars in writing by registered post to the Trustee within 21 days of the date of this notice. The final application of the fund will then take place and the Scheme will be fully determined having regard only to the claims of those members furnished and admitted.   • APPLICATION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY FOR A LICENCE Regeneron Ireland, Ballycummin, Raheen Business Park, Raheen, Co. Limerick is applying to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for an Industrial Emissions Licence for the operation of a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility under Class 5.16: The production of pharmaceutical products including intermediates, of the First Schedule of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992, as amended. The site is located at the former Dell Computer Manufacturing Facility, Ballycummin, Raheen Business Park, Raheen, Co. Limerick (National Grid Reference 155409E 152405N). The application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) which will be submitted to the Agency and which has previously been submitted to Limerick County Council (Planning Reference 13/745) on 19th December 2013. The Environmental Impact Statement, and any further information relating to the effects on the environment of emissions from the activity which may be furnished to the Agency in the course of the Agency's consideration of the application, will be available for inspection at the headquarters of the Agency. A copy of the application for the licence may be inspected on the Agency's website www.epa.ie or inspected at or obtained from the headquarters of the Agency as soon as practicable after the receipt by the Agency of the application for the licence.

The location at which the events are to be held is the lands at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Military Road, Dublin 8. The events will be a maximum of four concerts consisting of music performance. The intended dates for the events are, 25th June, 26th June, 27th June and 28th June 2014. The anticipated number attending the events is a maximum of 8,500 people. The application for the licence may be inspected at the offices of Dublin City Council, Planning Department, Wood Quay, Dublin 8, during office hours for a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of the application by Dublin City Council. Any submissions or observations may be made to Dublin City Council the relevant local authority within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of the application by Dublin City Council.
