  • Public Notice Event Licence Application War Management Ltd hereby gives notice of intent to apply to Dublin City Council within the forthcoming two week period for a Licence to hold a three day outdoor event in accordance with Part XVI of the Planning and Development Act, 2000. The events will comprise of live music, theatre, comedy and entertainment, to be held at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on 2nd, 3rd and 4th June 2012. It is anticipated that the number attending the events will be in the region of 8,500 people. The licence application may be inspected at the offices of Dublin City Council during office hours for a period of 5 weeks from the date of receipt of the application by them.   • NOTICE APPLICATION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY FOR A LICENCE Mayo Renewable Power Limited, Riverside One, Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2 is applying to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Licence for a proposed nominal 50MWe Combined Heat and Power (CHP) facility at the Killala Business Park, Tawnaghmore Upper & Lower, Killala, Co. Mayo (National Grid Reference 120594E, 327865N). The predominant fuel to be used in the CHP facility will be biomass (renewable) with fuel oil making up the remainder at a minimum of 4% of the total fuel amount. Planning Permission has been granted by Mayo County Council in June 2011 (Ref. no. P10/997) for the proposed development. The Application relates to the operation of combustion installations with a rated thermal input equal to or greater than 50 MW (Class 2.1) in accordance with the First Schedule of the Protection of the Environment Act 2003. A copy of the Application for the IPPC Licence maybe inspected at or obtained from the Environmental Protection Agency, Johnstown Castle Estate, Co. Wexford, as soon as is practicable after the receipt by the Agency of the Application (Tel: 053-9160600 Lo Call: 1890 335599).

  • An application to Kilkenny County Council for a waste collection permit relating to a waste collection activity in the south east region. Paul Maher, Mocklers Hill, Fethard, Cashel, Co. Tipperary will be making an application for a waste collection permit to Kilkenny County Council, within 10 days from the date of this notice, for the collection of scrap cars & metal in the counties, Tipperary, Kilkenny & Limerick. A copy of the application will, as soon as is practicable after receipt of Kilkenny County Council be available for inspection or purchase at the principal office of each local authority in whose functional area the activity is or will be carried on.
